This shipping/delivery policy covers the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase from this shop. This Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for this website on which you made your purchase.

General Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing Time & Cut-Off Time

Processing time typically takes 1 business day, but may take up to 2 business days during periods of high order volume.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Los Angeles Time, Pacific Time – PT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) will begin processing on the next business day.

We may continue to process and prepare orders during weekends. However:

  • Shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, as shipping carriers do not operate during these times.

  • Orders processed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins once the order has been fulfilled and collected by the carrier.

Depending on order volume and payment verification requirements, domestic and international orders may take 1–2 business days to process.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

All orders on our store qualify for Free Shipping.

Orders within the United States are shipped from our warehouses in California and New Jersey via UPS or DHL and typically arrive within 2–5 business days from the shipping date, depending on the final destination. Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the order date.

All Canada orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse via UPS Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. We cover all import duties, taxes, and related fees. The product price already includes all applicable taxes, and customers will not be required to pay additional charges under normal circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Tracking

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go to the “Track your Order” option.

Change or Cancel

Orders are processed immediately after being placed, so changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, no additional fees will apply.
